After the survey closed, our survey partner – Kincentric – analysed the results of Upload, along with the feedback given in our COVID-19 Pulse Survey.

The results show that we have made great improvements in perceptions of ‘employee brand’ (+8% points) and ‘career & development’ (+5% points). And we are doing well in ‘performance management’, ‘safety’, ‘manager support’ and the ‘understanding of our company values’.

The results also show that we have a lot more work to do.

You Said, We Did

Your feedback has identified four key areas for improvement:

  • Communication & Culture: Making Mitie a ‘great place to work’

  • Systems, Processes & Technology: Making it easy for you to do your job;
  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Ensuring you’re looked after.

Based on the comments and suggestions you provided in the both the Upload survey and the COVID-19 Pulse survey, we committed to the following action to address your feedback and make Mitie a ‘Great Place to Work’.
