You are Mitie- Customer Service training launches

Working at Mitie is more than just a job. It’s about making a positive impact on our customers and on everyone who passes through the workplaces we take care of – delivering the exceptional, every day.

In April this year, you may remember we launched the “Science of Service” campaign, which shows how Mitie is combining innovation and intelligence to make real changes for our customers and communities.

Over the past four months, we have been working with Mitie colleagues to develop a new philosophy of what makes great customer service. We are now launching a new digital learning programme which sets out what exceptional customer service really looks like so we can all strive to deliver this, every day.

 There are three core elements to this philosophy:

  • Show up – taking pride in what we do, working together, and bringing our whole selves to work
  • Step up – showing how we are dedicated to our mission by taking ownership and being accountable
  • Stand out – wanting to do more for our customers, learning from experiences and looking to exceed expectations.

This is the ‘You are Mitie’ learning programme which we have launched this week and I ask that everyone takes the time to complete it. The training has been created for all colleagues regardless of whether you have external or internal customers. You are Mitie is now available via Learning Hub.
