Article 2 May 2023 Upload- the results are in! We’ve now received our headline results for Upload 2023. 33,781 colleagues completed the survey this year – this equates to an 84% participation rate from those colleagues working over 35 hours a week (40,046) and 54% of all colleagues. This is the highest participation rate we have ever seen, and I’m so glad so many felt comfortable to share your feedback. This is a reflection of theirs and your desire as People Managers to help make Mitie a ‘Great Place to Work’ by getting your teams involved and sharing what’s working well and your ideas of how we can continue to improve things. In more good news, our overall Mitie engagement score is 57% this year, meaning 57% of our people really enjoy working at Mitie and feel fully engaged. That’s a 7% increase on last year’s score and a 24% increase since we began running an annual survey in 2018! Read more about it here. A special shout out goes to Mitie Spain, Mitie Ireland, Business Services, Central Government and Defence and Communities who have come out as the highest engaged teams! Our engagement partners, Rungway, will now review the scores and comments, and once they’ve completed their analysis, they’ll share full results and recommendations back with us. We’ll then share those results with everyone and start to talk about what they mean in detail as well the MGX commitments for 2023. All People Managers band grade M5 and above later this month will be given access to a portal so that you can review the results for your team/ area in full. The portal will provide insights into what is working well and what can be improved in your area so that you can take forward appropriate commitments.
