Today the Upload survey opens – it closes on Tuesday 11 April at midnight. We want you to tell the truth about life in Mitie – good and bad. We won new accounts with the U.S. Armed Forces, National Air Traffic Services (NATs) and National Grid, and welcomed Custom Solar, P2ML and 8Point8 to the Mitie family. We launched the Science of Service and MyMitie campaigns, and just last month we met many of you in person and online at Team Talk Live 2023. But it’s not all plain sailing. The rising cost of living has affected everyone. To support our lowest paid colleagues, we invested £10 million through the Winter Support Package and we continue to provide industry-leading benefits. While we were on the road at Team Talk Live 2023, I heard from you about what things need improving at Mitie. This included better connected systems, Forte working well and more access to in-person training.
