Team Talk Live rolls into Birmingham!

Yesterday, Team Talk Live came to Birmingham, welcoming over 200 colleagues at our Birmingham T2 office.

The sessions for the day were hosted by Brian Talbot, Managing Director of CG&D. Colleagues met with the MGX, explored our market stalls and heard from CEO Phil Bentley on what’s next for our business.

Cijo Joseph, our Chief Technology and Information Officer interviewed Mollie Green, Head of the Mitie Foundation and Ireoluwa Olajide, Assistant Analyst talk about their stories and career journey at Mitie.

Virtually, we had breakfast with Andy Train, MD of Mitie Telecoms, hearing about how Mitie keeps the country connected 24/7 and on the Workplace of the Future Fireside chat, colleagues were given insight into the updated features in our Aria app that we launched this week, available for all colleagues in your respective app stores. 

We also heard from the Communities team in their Team Talk and learning more about how Mitie is building the workplaces of the future.
