One week left to make your Choices!

Choose your benefits before 15 March – don’t miss out!

There are lots of benefits to choose from on our flexible platform ‘Choices’, however you need to make this selection before 15 March 2023. You are unable to opt into these benefits at any other time of the year, and it’s important that you are accessing your slice of the Mitie Pie.

Just by logging into Choices during the window, you will also be entered into a draw to win MiDeals vouchers, which you can spend on at a number of high street retailers. ​​​​​​​

How to access Choices?

• Choices can be accessed via Celebration Hub, by clicking on the banner on the Homepage or via the QR code. If you are a first time user, you should have received an email to activate your account. If you have not received this, then please make sure you have an active email address in People Hub. If you need to update this, please allow 48hrs to receive your new activation email.  Once received, click the link in the email, create a password and you’re all set.
• Once you’re in, you can visit your personalised Choices page, which shows you all of the benefits available to you. You can click on a benefit to access more information direct from the benefit suppliers, who have shared videos covering all you need to know.
• We have a 24/7 Helpdesk here to help via instant chat or phone. If you’re having trouble logging in, click on ‘Help’ at the bottom of the login page and a green button will pop up where you can live chat with our team.
