Meet the Stars: Stephanie Ingleman

Stephanie Ingleman, Team Leader, M&S Security Operations Northampton, Security, was recently awarded a Mitie Star for ‘going the extra mile’, being recognised for her immense hard work and consistent support of the team.

Stephanie has a background in Health and Social Care, and joined Mitie in 2019 as a SOC Operator.

“It was really lovely to have my hard work and dedication recognised. I’ve been with the M&S SOC since we first opened, and I have been so passionate for us to succeed which we have – with how busy everyone is its lovely that someone has took time out their schedule to think of me. It really is the little things that make us feel appreciated.” – Stephanie

As Stephanie has progressed, she has thrived on increased responsibility, and truly given her all to the business. This latest step in her journey enables her to pass on her knowledge to the newer operators and share everything she has learned over the past 3 and ½ years.
