Meet The Stars: Roger Brown

Roger (left) was recently awarded with a Star for demonstrating that ‘our customers’ business, is our business’, through his collaboration to create a new process for managing the control of assets on the shared site.

“From someone that has no Excel experience, Roger deciphered my idea and used his expertise to put that idea into a process which will not only manage assets in a more controlled way but also strengthen the relationship between Mitie and Wincanton.” – James Bowen (nominator)

Roger has been working for Mitie for two years, after being recruited as Site Manager for the new flagship IBF site, building new processes and procedures from the ground up!

“My favourite part of the job is spending time and sharing experiences with my colleagues and learning from them. I manage a multicultural team with a large percentage of fellow military veterans, it’s a pleasure to come to work.” – Roger
