Article 26 August 2022 Meet one of our Mitie Stars winners this month, Alice Coleman Alice Coleman, Employee Relations Advisor, was one of our Mitie Stars winners this month, for her excellent work in supporting managers with Employee Relation queries across the organisation including in Care and Custody. Alice, who has been at Mitie for a year, also received another star for her work to align Care and Custody to the People Support team; in particular Employee Relations. Jade, Alice’s manager said: “Since Alice has joined the team she has immersed herself fully into the Mitie visions and values and always puts herself forward for taking on new projects and new initiatives.” Alice said: “Getting my first two Mitie stars in the same month was amazing – I feel really proud to have made a difference.
