Meet one of our Mitie Stars- Louise Wright, Senior Administrator, Sheffield Schools

Louise Wright, Senior Administrator, Sheffield Schools, was one of our Mitie Stars winners last month, for recognition for all her work in supporting the team through the change from Interserve.

Louise, who manages the HR function for the office, was awarded her Star for recognition for her work in recent months, with the change from Interserve which included and change over in management and getting used to new systems and processes. She has even stepped in to support the running of the helpdesk.

Kathryn Sanderson, Office Manager, Sheffield Schools who nominated Louise said:

“Louise has had to deal with a lot of changes over recent months, and she has just really embraced it and got the team to embrace the Mitie way. Whatever has landed on her desk, she has picked up and ran with it and she does it without complaint. She’s a pleasure to work with. She’s also a great baker which the team are very happy about!”

Speaking of the recognition, Louise said:

“There were lots of changes I had to get my head around so it’s so nice to be appreciated and for the managers here to go out of their way to nominate me.”

Well done Louise for the great work!
