Magnox- taking action on your feedback in Upload

Since the latest Upload – Mitie’s employee engagement survey – lots of work has been taking place across the business to put your voice and feedback into action.

On the Magnox account, which employs 250 Mitie colleagues, work has been taking place to respond to feedback and ensure there are regular opportunities for colleagues to feedback their ideas and suggestions, to help us all improve systems and processes and make sure that our frontline have access to our online platforms such as MiNet and People Hub more easily, and to better align all service lines to the One Mitie team approach.

Since the feedback, we have put in place on the Magnox sites:

  • A Chromebook PC at each site so that all colleagues, including those without access to laptops, can now easily access their payslip, book holiday, access benefits and support, as well as a accessing their eLearning modules. At each site there is also office admin to assist and support where we have non-PC users.
  • Formed an Upload Action Group with representatives from each of the 12 Magnox sites to come together to develop thoughts and ideas of what improvements Mitie can make, what support they need and, what they can do for their local community in terms of giving back.
  • Where possible refurbish and redesigned the Magnox Mitie office and breakout space, including Mitie branding, to help make colleagues feel part of the wider Mitie team.
