London’s calling!

We’ve made it! Day 5 of Team Talk Live and we’re in London!

Over 100 colleagues joined us this morning at Sainsbury’s HQ in Holborn, to celebrate our successes, hear about the future of the business and ask questions about what really matters to them.

Jas Hudson, our Chief People Officer, had the pleasure of interviewing two of our colleagues, Dolly and Pranay about their story and what they love about working for Mitie.

We also heard from people across the business who shared their ideas about improvements we can make to help continue to make Mitie a Great Place to Work!

And we’re not finished yet! This afternoon, we’re ending on a high with our closing ceremony at 3pm. Many of you will be joining in person, but don’t worry, if you didn’t get a ticket, we’ll be live streaming it on MyMitie TV.
