If you are unsure what is on offer to you, please investigate one of the three following options:

Start with the Mitie Corporate Induction Curriculum. You will find this in your ‘Courses I Have To Do’ on Learning Hub.

Don’t forget, you can also learn about the business by browsing the Induction Portal.

The Mitie Corporate Induction Curriculum is mandatory for all new Mitie employees, regardless of their role or business area​ and comprises a corporate induction eLearning module and seven QHSE, HR and regulatory modules.

Employees should complete the induction within their first month at Mitie by logging into Learning Hub. The total learning time is approximately 2.5 hours.

You can use the details below to access the Learning Hub. On your first log in you will be prompted to change your password.

Username: [your payroll ID]

Password for first time users: Welcome123!​

Check your payslip or call People Support on +44 (0)330 1234 005.

Yes you can!

You can log in with your personal or company smart phone or any internet-enabled device. Some modules are especially configured for mobile use. Some client sites may restrict access to some websites. Speak to your line manager or contact us if you find you are unable to access Learning Hub.

Click on My Courses where you will find all the courses you have to do, any courses you may have chosen to do, as well as courses you have done, along with the certificates for the courses. If you wish to browse the library of courses, click on All courses. Or you can type into the search box to see what courses we have available on a particular subject.

You can contact our Learning & Development (L&D) team through the People Support telephone number 0330 123 4005 (select Option 2) or raise a ticket using Ask HR.

The data in Learning Hub is transferred from People Hub, so you need to contact People Support team using the Ask HR link to request your data to be changed. They will rectify the matter and their changes will feed through to Learning Hub.​

For line managers, information about the Group Learning & Development offering is found on the Learning & Development SharePoint site.

Your L&D Business Partner is also available to discuss the learning offering for your specific business unit.

For QHSE related training, you an visit the QHSE SharePoint page as well or speak to your QHSE representative.

Line managers can see their team members’ learning activity on the My Team dashboard in Learning Hub.

Senior managers can see the learning progress of their immediate team members, and all members within their organisation reporting to their team members.

Courses can be booked directly through the external providers, following the steps below:

Step 1: Mitie first – Refer to our internal offering to see if there is something suitable; already available at your fingertips. We have lots on offer, including

Step 2: If not available internally, raise your request with your line manager for them to approve.

HSS should be used to book at H&S training that is not offered internally by Mitie https://mitie.hsstraining.com/

Step 3: Source a suitable course; liaising directly with a Mitie preferred supplier for course dates, locations, and costs. You can check the list of preferred suppliers using the SpendSmart app.

Please note: Only preferred suppliers should be used to book training.  If the provider is not a preferred supplier and you are required to book with them, you can request that they be set up by raising a ‘new supplier request’ form direct in Coupa. Please see FAQ’s in Coupa for this process.

Step 4: Raise a PO

Step 5: Confirm the booking with the provider, providing them with the following details:

  • Copy of the PO
  • Required delegate details
  • Address where the certificate is to be sent.

​​​​​​​The provider will then issue joining instructions directly to yourself and/or the delegate.

This digital course is for all Mitie colleagues and introduces Mitie’s customer service model that helps us all deliver the exceptional service our customers and colleagues expect. The course covers the three elements to the model: Show upStep up, and Stand out, and sets out ways/techniques enabling each of us to deliver great service.

Colleagues can complete the course by logging into Learning Hub https://mitie.kallidus-suite.com. The total learning time is approximately 45 mins.
