Learning and development opportunities We’ve been continuing to improve the learning and development we offer, making it easier for you to access so you can really take ownership of your career development. What we did As a result of your feedback, we have: Launched L&D SharePoint (Minet) and MitiePeople sites, so you can access all of our learning and development information and resources, no matter where you are Created a catalogue of e-learning courses on Learning Hub so you see the full range of digital learning resources available Provided Learning Hub licences for all colleagues, including frontline former Interserve colleagues who didn’t have these before Launched our mentoring hub to support anyone involved, as a mentor or a mentee Rolled out Count Me In, our diversity and inclusion programme Launched our Licence to Lead silver programme for line managers Launched an induction portal on MitiePeople – so new joiners can access what they need from day one to help them get the best start Expanded our Apprenticeships to offer more than 55 different programmes We’ve also moved our learning support services to Ask HR – so there’s now one go-to place for support. And we’ve been giving regular Learning at Mitie news updates to keep you informed about the range of opportunities we offer and how you can access them.
