It’s time for your mid-year MiReview conversations

Mid-year MiReviews are your chance to take dedicated time to have a two-way discussion with your line manager about your progress so far this year – your achievements, objectives, development needs and career aspirations.

The mid-year review is all about looking at how well you’re doing and talking about what support you need to achieve the best possible results for you and the business by the end of the year. It’s also your chance to give feedback, reflect and revisit plans and objectives to see if they are still relevant for the remainder of the year.​​​​​​​

Line managers – this is your opportunity to have great conversations with your team about the year so far, the work they’ve done and the challenges they’ve faced. You can check that your people are really clear on what the objectives of the wider team are and what exactly the individual should be doing to play their part.  You should make sure they are clear on how you think they are performing so far, what it is they need to deliver and how, before March 2022, if they’re to have a successful performance year.
