On December 1, 2020 Mitie and Interserve, two powerhouses of the UK outsourcing industry, joined forces.

Team Talk Live ’21

Team Talk Live is how we engage with all our Mitie colleagues every year.  In the past we’ve held physical meetings around the country, but in 2021 we moved Team Talk Live online, due to COVID, which means each and every one of our 75,000 colleagues could come together and connect for the first time ever, thanks to the wonders of modern technology!

TTL is about the whole of the Mitie Team getting involved; we Talk (and just as importantly, listen); and it’s ‘Live’.  Our leaders are there – in the moment – authentic, accessible and visible.
