Have you booked your end of year MiReview?

Nothing starts off a new year like reflecting on the past year and your key achievements! It’s now time to prepare the end of year MiReview meeting with your manager.

Look back at the objectives set last April and the performance chats you’ve had throughout the year with your manager to gather examples of your achievements:

  • What did you do that made a real difference?
  • How did you make it happen?
  • Who did you work with along the way?

The MiReview meeting is an important point in the year for all colleagues, to reflect and reset before we start to focus our plans for the year ahead.

All end of year MiReviews must be completed by 10 February 2023, so please make sure they are booked in as soon as possible!

Note to People Managers: To load colleague performance ratings, you will be able to access the portal on People Hub between 9th January and 10th February.
