Article 5 January 2022 Contacting L&D is about to become easier > Back to: Learning at Mitie From Tuesday 1 February, it’ll be easier to contact the Mitie Learning and Development (L&D) team. Just dial the People Support telephone number: 0330 123 4005 and select option 2 or raise an Ask HR ticket. Not only will it more convenient for you to contact L&D using the same number and ticketing system you use for other HR teams, but if you use Ask HR, you will be able to see the status of your ticket at any time and manage all your tickets in one place. This will reduce your reliance on email and the number of emails you have to manage, and will ensure that all your case history is secure and easy to find. From 1st February, emails sent to learning@mitie.com will not be processed or answered Please help us with this transition by using Ask HR to raise your L&D questions, and by asking your team members to do the same. Remember, you can call us on the numbers provided too! What to do if you’ve already emailed a query to the L&D team? We’re working on it and will respond to your email. Please do not raise a new Ask HR ticket. All your L&D queries answered Our experienced Learning Admin team will be behind Ask HR and on the phones answering your L&D questions. To raise a ticket, select the option that best relates to the subject of your enquiry from the drop-down menu.
