Changes to Concur – submitting claims just got easier!

Concur, our travel and expense management system, is being improved to make it easier for you to create and submit claims, with a new intuitive user interface.

From 12 September, desktop users will see some changes to their screen layout when creating or submitting a claim for an out-of-pocket Expense or P Card transaction.

One of the key improvements is the ability for you to view your uploaded receipt on screen whilst entering the details of the expense. This means you no longer spend time switching between tabs. 

Mobile app users, approvers and system administrators will not see any changes to the screen layout.
