Calling all budding film stars!

Would you like to star in our new customer service learning programme? We’re working on an exciting new project, and you’ll be helping us to bring the learning to life and make sure it’s relevant and relatable for your colleagues.

If you would like to get involved and share your experience, and you are comfortable with your video being featured, please send us a self-recorded video – using your mobile will be fine – of you either talking about why customer service is important or giving an example of when you’ve received and given good customer service.  Send your video to and we’ll then be in touch to let you know next steps.
