What benefits will I receive and how do I access them?

The Celebration Hub is your one stop shop for all things reward and recognition. To access Celebration Hub, go to To register for the first time, you’ll need your date of birth and your National Insurance number (this can be found on your payslip).

When you move to Mitie systems you’ll be able to access some new benefits including:

  • MiDeals (replacing MyInterserve) available on Celebration Hub
  • Cycle to Work scheme – we open the application window for Cycle to Work at least twice a year, usually in April and late summer. We’ll let you know when you’re able to apply.
  • Mitie Choices – this is Mitie’s flexible benefits programme which allows you to select the benefits that suit your lifestyle. If you’re eligible to access and select Choices, you’ll be given a one-month window after your move to Mitie systems to select your benefits. As this is part way through the benefits year, some benefits will not be available (Holiday Trading and Dining Card) but will become available during the next annual renewal window in February/March. (This is for salaried staff only – some benefits operate via a salary sacrifice arrangement and can only be used where a salary is above a certain threshold).

Don’t forget, that when you joined Mitie in December, you had access to:

  • Life Assurance cover for all – you should let the Trustee know who you would like to receive this lump sum by completing the ‘Expression of Wish’ form which you can find at

We will write to you confirming how your contractual benefits will be treated but there will be no interruption to these. For example, some of your benefits, including private medical cover, childcare vouchers, health screening etc, will be particular to your individual circumstances. Any changes or anything you need to do your HR business partner or the Benefits teams will let you know.
